Lisa Andonis - Partner

Lisa is our key contact for corporate and personal insolvency matters. Lisa also specialises in commercial litigation and estate planning advice. In particular Lisa assists clients with:

  • corporate and personal insolvency matters including conducting insolvency litigation and recovery actions;
  • conducting commercial disputes including those of a contractual or building and construction nature;
  • resolving commercial disputes via alternative dispute resolution procedures including expert determinations, arbitrations and mediations; and
  • estate planning and testamentary services including disputes and probate matters.

Lisa joined Crawford Legal in 2007 and became a partner in 2011. Before then Lisa worked as a senior lawyer in a leading Adelaide firm doing commercial litigation and corporate and personal insolvency work.

Tom Kidman - Partner

Tom is our key contact for industrial relations and employment law (both contentious and non contentious). In particular Tom assists client with:

  • advising employers on industrial relations and employments matters including legislative compliance;
  • assisting employers with employee related corporate structuring and restructuring matters;
  • defending employers from claims by employees;
  • advising on and preparing employment and contractor agreements;
  • advising companies on employee and executive remuneration and incentive schemes;
  • advising employers on occupational health and safety matters.

Tom joined Crawford Legal in 2009. Before then Tom worked:

  • as a partner in a leading Adelaide firm doing industrial relations, employment law and commercial litigation;
  • as a partner in a national law firm doing industrial relations, employment law and commercial litigation.

Victor Daminato - Partner

Victor is our key contact for commercial construction matters (front end and disputes) and major infrastructure projects. In particular Victor assists client with:

  • preparing and advising on construction agreements;
  • preparing and advising on major projects including PPP Projects and airport developments;
  • advising on the sale and development of commercial properties;
  • preparing equipment supply contracts for major plant and machinery in respect of major projects;
  • advising on and conducting litigation in respect on construction and development project.
